Welcome from Rebecca Conroy, CEO and Principal of East Sussex College.

Welcome to our East Sussex College (ESC) careers page! I’m Rebecca Conroy, CEO & Principal of the College, and I have been at the college since 2020, but working in Further Education for a number of years.

ESC is a people-centric and values driven college, where our dedicated and highly skilled colleagues provide excellent experiences and learning for our students. Given the size of the college there are a wide range of careers, including those in Teaching, Teaching Support, Administration, Professional & Business Services, Hospitality and Management. Our careers site will give you information on the vacancies we currently have, our campuses across East Sussex, the salaries and benefits we offer, our recruitment and selection process, as well as showing you what your time as a colleague at the college would be like.

Our people services team are on hand to answer any of your questions and we hope you will consider a career with us. Should you join us, I look forward to welcoming you in the future at one of our MyWelcome colleague induction events.
